"The Most Perfect Wedding"
Wedding 1st October 2025 As a young couple from the UK, we quickly realised that the cost of a wedding back home was far too high for what you actually get — and knowing that a September/October wedding in England would likely mean grey skies and rain, we decided to start looking abroad.
That’s when we found The Andromeda Centre online, and instantly fell in love with the breathtaking views. We came across the venue on the Sun & Sea Weddings website, which had so much useful information, along with photos and videos of real weddings that completely sold us on the idea. From the very first message, Kostas and Annie were amazing — always quick to reply, patient, and incredibly helpful. They guided us through all of our options and made the whole process so easy. Because wedding planning was included in the package, it saved us the stress of finding and booking suppliers ourselves. Every supplier they used was top quality. The flowers were absolutely perfect and exactly what I had imagined. My hairdresser, Jayne, was so talented — she completely understood what I wanted, and my hair lasted beautifully all day (even after dancing in the rain that evening!). The food was beyond incredible — a buffet full of traditional Greek dishes that gave all our guests the chance to try new flavors. We even had two live cooking demonstrations, and every single guest said it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Our photographer, arranged through the team, was so kind and professional. We chose to pay extra for a full day of photography, and although we haven’t received the photos yet, I already know they’ll be amazing. He made us feel comfortable and confident, capturing candid moments and taking us down to a nearby beach for some stunning shots. Kostas and Annie were present throughout the entire day, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran perfectly. Kostas has such a great sense of humor and made both our families feel so welcome in Kefalonia. He even arranged discounted accommodation for our guests in his villas and apartments — my family stayed in one of the villas, where I got ready on the morning of the wedding. It was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and the perfect place to start the day. The venue itself is just breathtaking. The outdoor area now has new canopies, everything looks so fresh and elegant, and the glass balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding hills is simply unforgettable. We also had live traditional Greek music, dancers, and plate smashing, which were such fun and really made the evening feel authentic. The DJ was fantastic too — he came to introduce himself before starting, and every part of the evening felt personal and genuine. All of the staff were wonderful — so friendly and genuinely interested in us and our guests. Every detail was handled perfectly, and the whole day flowed effortlessly. Our friends and family haven’t stopped talking about it; they all said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended. If you’re looking for an authentic Greek wedding in a stunning location, with organizers who truly care and never pressure you, Andromeda Centre is the absolute best choice.
